FAQs
Who can request use of the suite?
Senior leadership groups across UF Health are eligible to request use of the suite. These leaders include the UF Health corporate team, regional leadership from UF Health Jacksonville, UF Health St. Johns and UF Health Central Florida, College of Medicine deans and other leadership teams as determined by the UF Health System CEO. Senior members of these leadership teams (EVPs/ SVPs/Deans) will have the opportunity to submit requests for use of the suite or individual tickets.
How are suite requests prioritized?
High-priority business reasons will be ranked first among submitted requests. All requests will be communicated to the Chief Communications Officer and the Chief Executive Officer for initial determination (i.e., to determine if a request should be given priority over all others due to its strategic nature). If no determination is made or if there are remaining tickets after initial determinations, Marketing will use a random, blind selection process to identify the selected group and individuals requesting tickets first among high-priority requests and then among all other requests.
When will I know if my request has been approved?
UF Health marketing will communicate suite assignments as soon as possible, no later than 6 weeks before the game, with the goal of providing adequate planning time to the group activating the suite.
What is included with the suite hospitality package?
The contractual agreement with the Jacksonville Jaguars includes several hospitality and experiential opportunities during each season. The primary opportunities include:
- One suite for each Jaguars home game — 20 tickets and five parking passes
- 10 individual lower-bowl tickets for each home game
- An additional suite with 20 tickets and five parking passes and 20 upper-bowl tickets for the UF Health entitlement game
Groups activating the suite will be responsible for ordering and paying for food, beverages and parking, as well as the provision of gifts for guests and any other expenses related to activating the suite for their group. A spending cap for beverages and food for suite use will be determined each season and communicated to each group using the suite.
Is there someone who will help my team plan and execute the suite activation?
UF Health marketing will provide liaison support to groups activating the suite, providing planning and budgeting insights, and connecting them with Delaware North, the Jaguars’ concessionaire, and the Jaguars’ account manager. Additionally, as many as two marketing/communications representatives will staff the suite to facilitate game-day needs and requests. They will have credentials so that tickets are not required.
We also recommend that the requesting leader or designee be identified as the suite host for the game and serve as the primary point of contact for all invitees and work directly with the suite liaison to ensure a great experience.
What is the process of receiving suite tickets and parking passes?
UF Health Marketing will provide tickets, passes, guidance and game-day directions with identified groups and individuals.
Tickets and parking passes will be transferred via the Ticketmaster app. All suite activation tickets will be sent via Ticketmaster. All members of the group activating the suite and their guests must have Ticketmaster accounts. Suite hosts must provide UF Health Marketing with the names and email addresses used for the Ticketmaster accounts, so that hosts and guests can receive tickets and parking passes.
Who can I contact if I have any questions?
Please feel free to email UF Health AVP for Marketing John Berg, or UF Health Marketing Manager Lindy Brounley if we may be of any assistance or provide more information.
