Be part of an unforgettable game-day experience!
Register yourself and one guest for a special on-field experience during the national anthem at the Jacksonville Jaguars game against the New England Patriots. Volunteers will help carry and display the American flag on the field before kickoff — then stay to enjoy the game.

NOTE: Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Game-Day Details
Date: Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026
Arrival: No later than 9:15 a.m.
Meeting location: UF Health Jacksonville Twin Towers, 580 W. 8th St., Jacksonville, FL 32209
Parking at UF Health Jacksonville
Volunteers and their guests will travel together by bus from UF Health Jacksonville to EverBank Stadium.
Some Things to Know
- You and your guest will receive tickets to the game.
- Your guest must be 12 years or older, as the NFL restricts children younger than 12 from participating.
- NFL waiver forms must be completed for both you and your guest. Tickets will not be released until the waiver is completed. We will send the form to you once we have your registration.
- Closed-toe shoes with a backing are a requirement. No sandals, slides, Birkenstocks, slippers, etc.
- Wearing any other team’s apparel, colors, etc., is not permitted.
- Commemorative UF Health Chomp Cancer T-shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Volunteers will have an opportunity to change after arriving at the stadium.
- Flag volunteers must be able to stand, walk and carry the flag for long periods of time. If you are concerned you may not have the stamina to do so, please do not register to participate.
