In its latest rankings for adult care, the hospital stands among the nation’s best in five specialties: cancer (35th); geriatrics (44th); obstetrics and gynecology (16th); neurology and neurosurgery (32nd); and pulmonology and lung surgery (39th). UF Health Shands Hospital also was listed as “high performing” in three specialties: diabetes and endocrinology; gastroenterology and GI surgery; and urology.
